If you have WiFi issues, try the following 3 steps.
- Turn your router off, wait 30 seconds (really … 30 seconds, we mean it, it is needed to make sure all the chips in your router completely reset and don’t retain old settings), and turn it back on. Wait one minute after the router is completely up and running again to see if your TrueKinetix device reconnects to WiFi.
- Turn your TK device off, wait 30 seconds (we mean it), and on again.
- Go into settings and connect to your WiFi again. Check your manual here to see how you do it. So scan for your access point (to see if it is operational) and confirm your password (and modify as needed) by clicking on ‘Done’. You should then see a '?' in your WiFi logo which should disappear after the network has been joined.
