You need to reconnect to your WiFi network by setting it up from scratch. That way you can be sure that you are actually connecting to your old hardware and not to the previous access point.
NOTE: you need to click 'Done' on the page where you enter your WiFi password and see the '?' in the WiFi logo on the TrueBike screen.
TrueKinetix products work with WiFi and adhere to all WiFi standards. However, we cannot install, debug or fix the WiFi network in your location. That is something you will have to take care of before you try to install our products.
