The bars on your WiFi logo indicate the strength of your WiFi network. WiFi is designed to work at strengths lower than 100% so this is not something to worry about.
If you have only one bar AND you experience frequent drops of your network (you get an 'X' in your wifi logo). Then you should find a way to increase the strength of your network near your TrueKinetix product. There are many ways to do so, please consult your network provider or local store for more information.
TrueKinetix products work with WiFi and adhere to all WiFi standards. However, we cannot install, debug or fix the WiFi network in your location. That is something you will have to take care of before you try to install our products.
