The support agent may ask you to perform a factory reset on the TrueTrainer or TrueBike.
- Open the TrueKinetix app and connect it to the TrueBike or TrueTrainer
- Then click 'SETUP' and in the next menu click 'DEVICE INFO'
- In this menu, scroll down, select 'FACTORY RESET', and enter the 'SYSTEM PIN' (if you haven't changed it, the default setting is '0000')
