If you are experiencing issues while connecting your TrueShifters, please follow these steps:
- Check if the TrueTrainer is on and available in the app
- Check in the app if the TrueTrainer is still scanning.
- Hold your shifters closer to the TrueTrainer while pairing the TrueShifter
- Delete all paired TrueShifters in the app using the ‘Delete ALL’-button. All connections will be lost and have to be re-paired. Reset the shifters to pairing mode
