The TrueBike uses standard Bluetooth Low Energy communication protocols, which work with most training software.

- RGT Cycling
If you're experiencing bluetooth dropouts, or any other connectivity issues, try these things:
1. Check if other virtual cycling apps show the same behaviour
If not, the TrueBike's bluetooth signal works as it should. This means your specific app is very likely to be the cause of your connectivity issues
2. Make sure no other devices attempt to connect to your TrueBike
This will prevent you from connecting yourself, as you cannot use multiple devices at once.
Some brands choose to make their software only available for their own customers. These apps are not compatible with the TrueBike.
