If your TrueBike stopped responding to any button presses, try the following:
Make sure the firmware is up-to-date
- Upon turning the TrueBike on, scroll all the way to the right to go to system settings
- Check if the versions correspond to the most recent versions
Restart your device
To restart your device without using the buttons, shortly press the power button. If this doesn't work, keep pressing the power button until you hear a 'click'. Wait at least 30 seconds before turning the bike on again.
If the problem persists, please contact us. Please note time and date of the issue and mention the TrueBike number, located at the back of the bike on a white sticker.
