If your wifi network doesn't appear when scanning for it, try the following things:
1. Check if your phone has a stable wifi connection where the TrueBike is located.
2. Make sure the network you're connecting to is a 2.4 Ghz network. 5Ghz networks usually have a name that ends with _5g or similar. If you're not sure, check with your network provider.
If you still cant find your Wifi network, try moving the TrueBike closer to the router, or installing a wifi-repeater. Alternatively, try using your phone's hotspot functionality.
