If you can't pair your TrueBike with your training software, you can try the following steps first:
1. Check that your device has the correct transmitters/receivers. See Will my laptop or phone work with the TrueBike?
2. Check that the training software is up to date.
3. Check that the TrueBike is up to date (Most recent versions).
4. Reboot the TrueBike and the training software.
5. Does the TrueBike pair with the TrueKinetix app? That means the TrueBike's Bluetooth transmitter is working properly. Uninstall and reinstall the training software or contact their support department.
