When Zwift loses connection after a couple of minutes cycling, then you will see your person standing still in Zwift. There can be multiple causes why this happens.
- Zwift has been standing still for too long. Even when you think Zwift was closed, it could be that Zwift was still running in the background (you can see this when the Zwift icon is still visible in the taskbar). Advice is to to fully close the laptop and restart.
- It is possible that Zwift is in progress / open on both a laptop and mobile phone. Advice is to close 1 of the 2 completely, because multiple connections are not supported.
- If Apple devices are used, then a maximum of 2 or 3 devices can be connected. Advice is to disconnect all connections and connect Zwift only.
