Sometimes Zwift cannot connect with the TrueBike, because Zwift has problems when other devices connected earlier.
Zwift advises to take the following actions when this is the case.
If none of the tips helps, I would like to ask you to remove the preferences from the game and known devices. This should allow the devices to pair as if they were brand new and should allow you to pair normally. For more info on resetting game preferences--check out the info found in this article.
Basically, you need to complete these steps:
- Close Zwift.
- On your desktop, open Documents.
- Double-click Zwift.
- Delete knowndevices.xml and prefs.xml.
- Launch Zwift.
- Pair your devices.
- If necessary, select Ride and reset your in-game preferences.
