Sometimes Zwift does not want to connect with your TrueBike or TrueTrainer, or Zwift does not find the TrueBike / TrueTrainer at all.
This could happen when other devices have been connected earlier, or the device was already connected to Zwift before. It could also happen after a Zwift update, or TrueBike update. To solve the issue you can delete the preferences from the Zwift game and knowndevices. This should allow the device to connect as if it is a completely new device.
Another option is to deïnstall Zwift completely and reïnstall it again.

PC/Mac
To reset your Zwift preferences on a PC or Mac, complete these steps:
- Close Zwift.
- On your desktop, open Documents.
- Double-click Zwift.
- Delete knowndevices.xml and prefs.xml.
- Launch Zwift.
- Pair your devices.
- If necessary, select Ride and reset your in-game preferences
iOS, tvOS, and Android
To reset your Zwift preferences on an iOS, tvOS, or Android device, complete these steps:
- Delete the Zwift app.
- If you're using an iOS or tvOS device, re-install Zwift from the App Store.
- If you're using an Android device, re-install Zwift from the Google Play Store.
- Pair your devices.
- If necessary, select Ride and reset your in-game preferences.
