You can return your TrueBike / TrueTrainer within 30 days from the moment it was delivered. Because we believe riding on the bike itself is the only way to really know if the bike suits you. It does not matter which bike you have bought, you always receive the 30 day return policy to try it out.

TrueBike
When you want to return a TrueBike we get in contact with your within 2 business days to plan a moment to pick up the bike at your place. The pick-up service costs are € 200 and will be taken from the credit note. Our driver will pick-up the bike at your place.
You can also choose to bring the TrueBike to our service depot. This is free of charge.
We will process your return within 14 days after it was received at our warehouse. We will refund you through the payment method used when the product was ordered.
In case you bought your product through any TrueKinetix reseller stores, we will ask the reseller to make the refund.
TrueTrainer
When you want to return the TrueTrainer you will receive a reaction including a return label within 2 business days. Returning a package is at your own cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
You can bring the package to a PostNL pick-up location. Or you can schedule an appointment with PostNL so that the package will be picked up at your house.
You can return all articles within 30 days with the origional packaging. If you want to return a bike and do not have the required box anymore, we can ship a new box for € 35.
